“Great quality furniture at a great price. The cabinet I order arrived damaged. They immediately offered a replacement or discount. I could fix the damaged item myself with a bit of wood glue and so I excepted the discount which arrived immediately.”

“Poor service after a broken table was delivered. Poor exchange service and communications were not good. Was advised replacement table was still being processed even though it should have been delivered earlier in the week, it then arrived that day so clearly nobody really knows what's happening!”

“Excellent price and item arrived safely and as described, however the quality is a little bit shabby. Can't complain massively considering the price - it's rough around the edges but it still looks nice if you don't inspect it closely. The folks who delivered it could be better since they knocked on the door and left without checking we were in, which could have caused the item to get stolen.”

“Item was out of stock when I ordered it,but it did not take too long to be back in stock and it was shipped straightaway. I was sent an email with the 'time window' for delivery. It as packaged really well to avoid damage. Very pleased.”
