“I’ve had two very nice bookcases and a double wardrobe from Roseland and they are very nice items of furniture. Unfortunately there was a stress crack in the base of the wardrobe but I maxed to fix it with wood glue, screws and stain. Delivery was efficient and safe with distancing observed. My only problem now is that I am besieged with e-mails, up to 3 a day from Roseland, trying to sell me the very items I have just bought. These e-mails cannot be blocked and I’ve asked Roseland twice to desist but still they come.”

“Definitely recommend Roseland furniture, ordered a sideboard and was surprised at how well it was packed looks lovely in lounge. Also the driver of delivery as seeing I was walking with a Zimmer frame brought the sideboard into lounge and placed it in middle of room so that I could safely use my Zimmer frame to get round it.”

“Product is lovely and well worth the money. Was slightly worried when it arrived as packaging was really badly damaged and very damp. Took photos just in case product was affected but thankfully it wasn't. Think this was just down to the delivery company. Great product and service”

“Sideboard arrived with manufacturing damage where joint had split. One drawer handle was loose. Roseland offered refund, replacement or derisory partial refund. As these items are obviously onward shipped from manufacturer without inspection didn't want to risk a damaged replacement so negotiated a better refund. Disappointed with quality. Rear of Sideboard is just a stapled on piece of plywood.”

“We ordered a nest of tables on the 13th November. We received confirmation on the 17th of November that the order was out for delivery. We have still not received said tables and then we get an email asking to review how Roseland Furniture have done. I have tried telephoning several times asking for an update on the status of the delivery but could not get a reply. Is anyone there!!! Also sent an email and still waiting for a reply. Are you still in business!!! Can someone please give me a call on number submitted on order number 156547”
