“Ordering was simple and delivery was 10 minutes before my allocated time so excellent. Unable to track the delivery however on the delivery company's website. Could have been very frustrating. Happy with my unit although one of the magnets on a door is not very good. Thought the packaging was excellent”

“This is the first time I have used Roseland Furniture and have been very pleased with the service I received. I ordered my Kitchen Island two days before lockdown and wondered what would happen to my promise of a five day delivery. When I telephoned to enquire I was assured that deliveries were on schedule and I would be hearing from the courier company in due course. A few hours later I received a telephone call with my delivery date and instructions. Fast and efficient service and very helpful staff.”

“Our HOVE Wardrobe was supposed to be minimal assembly. It arrived in SIX boxes and over 40 screws to put the top half of the wardrobe together. Came with six hinges for the two doors and FOUR were broken. Quality of wardrobe is not that good. If I had known I would have paid the extra £100 and got my wardrobe from Oak Furniture Land.”

“Very pleased with the service we received from Roseland Furniture. Very easy to order via the website and our order was delivered in the advertised timescale. We noticed a small problem with the item once unpacked and Roseland responded to our emails very quickly to reach a resolution. The delivery was also good, the young lads were both friendly and professional. Overall very happy and would definitely recommend.”
