“Overall a nice piece of furniture. Disappointed that the shelves aren’t solid as you can see the underneath when sitting down. Although any other oak bookcase elsewhere would be double the price. I’d be hesitant to order again though as the delivery driver I had was very rude and offhand.”

“I cannot rate the furniture as I’m still waiting for my table to arrive! A wrong item was delivered and collected very fast! When I said I would cxl my ordered I was told despite being now out of stock!!! Had already been dispatched! That was nearly 2 weeks ago! I am very disappointed with the whole saga!!”

“2nd time we’ve bought a piece of furniture from Roseland - absolutely delighted with the quality of the workmanship. 1st item our TV stand we had no issues with. This time we’ve had some issues with customer service as our sideboard we wanted was out of stock for months, and then was showing in stock on the website. We ordered, but was then told it was a mistake and there shouldn’t be stock showing, so we’d have to wait another month for stock. Communication was frustrating as different people told us different things. But we now have the item and as previously mentioned we love it!”
