“I cannot rate the furniture as I’m still waiting for my table to arrive! A wrong item was delivered and collected very fast! When I said I would cxl my ordered I was told despite being now out of stock!!! Had already been dispatched! That was nearly 2 weeks ago! I am very disappointed with the whole saga!!”

“2nd time we’ve bought a piece of furniture from Roseland - absolutely delighted with the quality of the workmanship. 1st item our TV stand we had no issues with. This time we’ve had some issues with customer service as our sideboard we wanted was out of stock for months, and then was showing in stock on the website. We ordered, but was then told it was a mistake and there shouldn’t be stock showing, so we’d have to wait another month for stock. Communication was frustrating as different people told us different things. But we now have the item and as previously mentioned we love it!”

“Ordered a slim bookcase, shelves are quite short but big enough for paperbacks, god quality case for the price, nice oak colour stands up perfectly well but comes with a wall attachment if you want the extra fixing to hold the case firm. I would recommend this furniture, its perfect for a small space. Great delivery, packed well.”

“Very nice oak used for the bookcases. I chose the London oak which is a lovely light oak colour. My large bookcases was a bit disappointing in that it did not have an oak top to finish it off. Even though you ça not see the top, i like to put items eg vases, photos, plants to trail down on top of my bookcases and this has prohibited me from doing do. However my smaller bookcase I purchased had a lovely finished oak top, and I was very pleased with it. Overall great, speedy and efficient service. Easy to use website, very good and prompt delivery service, received within 8-10 days. Would recommend for furniture.”
