“Delivery times are shocking only finding out one of my items was on back order when I contacted them. The over all quality of the product are low for the price but given my daughter had no furniture I just kept it, however if it was to replace old furniture I would have sent it back”

“This is our second purchase from Roseland albeit 1 year apart. We found the web site easy to navigate. Good communication from the seller. Our cupboards arrived within days, extremely well packed. Would definitely recommend this company.”

“Just purchased a small Lanner sideboard to go with the rest of our Lanner furniture and the quality was really poor on this item it arrived with a leg out of line and unwaxed but site states they are lightly waxed but this definately is not looks completley dried out and different to any of our other Lanner furniture it does not even look like the same range, we were going to purchase the Lanner dining table and chairs but have been put off by this poor quality, tried so many times to contact Roseland by phone and no answer after several emails told this is how they are and will be £10 charge to send it back come on Roseland sort these quality issues and customer service out. Very dissapointed.”

“Absolutely first class company. We ordered a sideboard but it unfortunately got damaged during transit. We loved the unit and Roseland arranged for a replacement. I couldn’t believe how quick it was arranged. Within a few days we had the collection and replacement. Top quality company. Would use again and thoroughly recommend. Well done Roseland!”

“I was kept informed of how the order was progressing, advised when the delivery day would be, and the three hour time slot. The delivery company phoned during the aforementioned time slot when they were half an hour away which was great. The couple of blokes who handled the furniture off the lorry into our home were polite and professional. Great service by all concerned ! Thank you.”
