“My order arrived promptly. When I found a problem on unpacking I emailed Roseland & they responded next day with a solution. We agreed a resolution which was acceptable to both sides & a partial refund was given promptly. Would definitely use them again.”

“Recently purchased 2 London sideboards, ordered on Sunday and delivery came on Wednesday. The items were well packaged to ensure goods arrived undamaged. The items are really well constructed, would definitely recommend your company. Small hiccup on delivery date but was sorted by your customer services.”

“I was very impressed with the quality of your furniture. I ordered a TV cabinet and 2 sets of tables. They were beautifully wrapped, however on arrival 1 set of tables was missing. After speaking to you the matter was dealt with efficiently and the tables were delivered the next day. Problems do arise with deliveries but I was impressed with how quickly this problem was dealt with. I would be happy to make another order with your firm and don't often write reviews but felt that your company deserves it. Well done.”

“Love my unit Lovely shade of blue that looks charcoal in some light My only gripe would be i thought the whole of the top of unit was 100% oak, i must of not read description properly Its veneer in middle and oak on edges It seems a good quality veneer as fooled me at first Good build, lovely shape, lots of room in drawers/shelf, is already built (phew) My unit had a few issues and due to time of year i decided not to return it but to accept small refund. Communication from company was fantastic Would use again”
