“Ordering so close to Christmas with all the disruption going on my hopes weren’t high. However, from order to door took only 4 days. The goods were very well packaged and I’m absolutely delighted with the quality of my furniture. Highly recommended.”

“The bookshelf is great. Already assembled so you can use it straight away. Well protected for transit but easily unpacked. Delivery was fastest I've ever had and the XPD delivery driver Zia was efficient and helpful. Highly recommended.”

“I cannot fault Roseland Furniture's customer service team. They responded to my e mails in a prompt, courteous and helpful way. Despite my furniture not being quite what I had wanted, which meant that I had to arrange a return, the standard of the customer care did not drop, and for that I am extremely grateful Thank you. Some of the bigger companies could learn a lot from your department.”

“After our delivery I did inform you that the bookcase ordered in ivory was in fact finish Ledum Green, however we are very pleased with the colour and will not be returning the product. The Hermes delivery driver was excellent and brought the package to the front door. The only issue I have had to wait 8 weeks for delivery.”

“Very pleased with the small bookcase which is attractive and well constructed. However delivery took a long time and Roseland didn't keep us informed about it. Furthermore the delivery driver came on his own - I had to help him even though in my mid-70s - and wasn't wearing a mask.”

“This has to be in 2 parts. The service from Roseland furniture is excellent and both the quality and value of the product is superb.. but... They dispatched our furniture to XPD to deliver and they are quite hopeless. They sent a link to give delivery details and limited options to change dates. We were not going to be in. You can’t ring them, email them or message in any way other than a preset list of instructions. None of which were suitable. I tried their web chat. It was unavailable. To we assumed they’d just try to deliver and leave a card to reschedule. Nope, they just left a £200 tv unit, nicely packaged, in the rain, outside our front door , where anyone could just bundle it into a car or van. Luckily I arrived home to find it still there. Totally unacceptable. Roseland, find a better delivery partner!!!”
