“Really pleased with my purchase. It is a little smaller than I thought it would be (mainly the depth not the width) but overall its a really lovely piece of furniture. Was delivered much quicker than I had anticipated and will definitely buy from Roseland Furniture again!”

“I have been so impressed by the service from Roseland. Firstly I was in communication with the CS team via email about specific measurements. The team were really helpful and replied promptly. I then signed up for notifications as item was out of stock and was kept informed. Once ordered the communication was first class and my bookcase arrived much quicker than expected. Item is absolutely perfect and exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much Roseland. Very happy customer.”

“I have experienced adequate service considering the circumstances (ie COVID 19) but the reply process could still be more efficient especially when your purchase was received damaged and still pending collection and refund nine working days later with no indication when it will be completed.”
