“Not happy. I ordered 2 items (sideboard and tv stand), the tv stand as yet has not been delivered. Whilst I am in contact with your customer services team by email, I haven't received a satisfactory response around where the missing item is, when it will be delivered and why it wasn't delivered with the other item. Could someone read this and act please?”

“The furnature arived promptly, unfortunately it was faulty and had to go back, i had no problems sending it back for a full refund, it was sorted out and collected for free from my door within 3 days”

“Overall we are pleased with the bookcase purchased to hold children’s books. It is well made, sturdy and nicely painted, oak top is a good feature and it’s good value for wood. The only points are the corner brace on the top shelf limited a straight run of books and the colour was less grey more beige than anticipated. Shelf heights are set at a perfect height for paperbacks/ smaller books but I had to stack larger books.”
