“I recently purchased the London Oak large sideboard and to be honest it has exceeded my expectations. The photo on the website certainly does not do it justice, the door panels looked a different colour in the photo, which thankfully they are not. It is a very sturdy piece of furniture with plenty of space in the drawers and the cupboard, whilst the shelf is not adjustable this is not a problem. My only gripe would be the delivery service, there was no communication from the courier, with the exception of a blank email. When I tried to track the delivery the website said it had been delivered several days previously which was not true. It did however arrive that evening and was very securely and well packaged. Overall very good value for the money paid.”

“The wardrobe is great very happy with it , didn’t have to wait to long for my delivery but was very disappointed that I only got a hour’s notice that they would not be able to take it to the room I wanted it in I had to get one of my friends to help take it up stairs”

“Awful quality furniture it was delivered after two months cracked and now it's taking two weeks to collect the draw set. Which is large and no where to store the item.”

“What a brilliant company I ordered £2000 from Oatlands last Oct for delivery and they promised it all be delivered on Jan 22 this year. I even rang them up the week before to make sure. On the Monday they emailed me to say they were a couple of items missing of my order and wouldn't get it to April. I immediately cancelled my order with them but was in a bit of a panic because our old furniture was already sold. I went on Roeslands website found the items we wanted. Ordered them and they got delivered 8 days after ordering. And only cost £1600 so saving us £400. The only thing I could find fault was that it turned up on the day with no prior notice and had to shuffle a few things about, but was really glad it did. If we want anymore furniture this is place we would go and definitely recommend to family and friends. A BIG thank you Roseland for the service you provided for me and my wife”

“I love these drawers, excellent quality - not often you buy furniture these days that isn’t self assemble and ultimately starts to fall apart, so for these to come ready made and solid & sturdy was excellent! Quick and efficient delivery”

“having been a customer for many years due to Roseland's customer liaison professionalism and exemplary delivery but most of all quality of furniture I have introduced my son and daughter to Roseland and now they too are avid followers. My latest purchase was a lamp table for my son in the London range as a gift and he is over the moon with it. This complements is other items in the same range.”

“The Farrow coffee table that we received before Christmas is excellent. However we are disappointed with matching nest of tables. The top of one has marks which cannot be removed and we have had to glue down broken edging in several places.”

“We purchased the Roseland 6 drawer chest. Arrived quickly in a well packed box, a very nice piece of furniture. sometimes its so much better paying the extra for some quality. Great finish, nice and smooth drawers and well made. Very pleased, great value for the money”

“Furniture first class as always but didn't appreciate the delivery driver remarking to me that he was doing me the favour in helping me lug it all up the stairs! (Apparently it should be dumped at the door as they're not allowed to enter the property currently). Roseland Furniture should temporarily cease trading if they're unable to guarantee proper delivery of the products ordered. Have no idea how an elderly or disabled customer would have coped.”
