“The Roseland furniture I ordered was not delivered on time However Roseland sorted it in few minutes The furniture is of good quality one small problem with the drawer it doesn’t always close properly have to jiggle it about to get it to close”

“The quality of this furniture is very good - my son has had furniture from them so I had his recommendation before ordering. I had to wait two months to get what I wanted but I knew when I ordered that it wasn't in stock. Roseland are not very good at keeping you up to date on the status of your order themselves but very quick to respond to emails requesting info. The delivery company they use (XPD) were not brilliant initially and you HAVE to download their app to find out what's happening etc. (not sure what customers without smart phones etc. are supposed to do). I waited in for a whole day with no arrival only to discover the following morning that the van driver had not been able to fit the furniture on his van! However they redelivered two days later and the driver was very helpful.”

“Have had a few pieces of furniture from Roseland from the farrow grey collection. Always lovely pieces, but often a little scuffed here and there. Customer service is excellent though and they are always keen to rectify the problem.”
