“I bought the London Oak Tallboy with four woven baskets. It was delivered when arranged, the courier was extremely polite and helpful and lifted it into my hall while I stood back (Distancing). The unit itself is superb, strongly built and pleasing on the eye. Just what I wanted, thank you. It was expensive but truly worth every penny.”

“Purchased an oak sideboard which arrived quickly and well packed. However when we had got it unpacked and in situ we noticed a bad split on one of the doors which had been caused by a badly knotted piece of wood with the fault too close to the edge to remain intact. Also one of the side frames to the doors was badly marked with what Roseland Furniture referred to as medullary rays but were in fact smears of glue that hadn't been wiped off properly before the lacquer had been applied resulting in a different level of take up of the finish. I had to sand it back to bare wood and re-lacquer the piece to get it to look right. The item was made in Vietnam and wasn't well put together.”

“Nice looking cupboard -back panel a bit flimsy ( we cut hole in it for wires) and inside shelf measurement narrower than top by 6 -10 cm so was a squeeze . Matches desk in study well -good price”

“We have been waiting for furniture since July. Everything delivered so far has had some damage on it. We did get a bit of compensation but just couldn't wait any longer g or the larger items. Weare still waiting for most of our order and one minute are told its in stock and will be delivered and then this changes. Communication is not great and I don't feel like the company takes much responsibility or are that bothered about helping. Its just so frustrating. Hoping to get things soon but not holding my breath.”
