“Prompt service, well packed for transportation, pleased with my sideboard however had some scratches on the top, offered a replacement or 20 percent discount after sending photos, this was all resolved in a day, could not fault the service, would definitely recommend and use again.”

“Excellent - great website, swift delivery with proper protective packaging - unmarked: we liked our charcoal painted Chichester small sideboard so much we immediately ordered a small cupboard in light grey for the landing. Exactly as described, bridging classic and contemporary. V happy.”

“Waited 6 month for one item and was told every two weeks it will be in two weeks ... some of the furniture I received was damage and got a very small return for all the inconvenience... so my advice is never use this company as they lie a lot”

“Recently purchased a Zelah Oak console table for the hall. Once again, well made and fits perfectly. Slight problem with the order as it seemed to have got lost in the system. However, once I chased it up it was soon sorted.”

“I ordered a beautiful extra large sideboard. I didn't hear about any delivery details for about 14 days which concerned me a little as It was my first purchase with Roseland. I needn't of worried as I was then contacted via email about my delivery details. The guys bought it into the kitchen and were very pleasant. The sideboard is great , exactly how looked on the website and is a good price for a good quality sideboard. I'm a happy customer.”

“I paid for a Cornish White wardrobe on 20th November 2020 when was informed of 3 weeks delivery waiting time which should have been by calculation: 10th December 2020. Because of the Covid situation I gave to the Roseland discretion and waited until 22 December when eventually phoned them and was told by a staff member that the wardrobe was to be delivered on 23rd December in the afternoon. For this reason I changed the entire Christmas plans of my whole family in order to make myself available for the delivery on 23 December. The delivery never happened. Today is 31st December and I am still waiting for the item to be delivered. Disappointing.”

“very poor communication I have sent emails and also phoned ( no one answers the phone and only replied to my email when I threatened with legal action ) My order was placed early November 2020 and still have no delivery date 30th December 2020 would not purchase again”
