“Hi very pleased with the coffee table and the 2 Console tables the only thing I put the long screws in one side of the console table by mistake so I wonder if you would send me a new side many thanks Mrs Val Cantrell .”

“Hi - just to say that we have just had the new sideboard delivered and it looks great - and will go very nicely next to our Roseland glass display cabinet. The delivery lads were super and phoned us 15 minutes prior to arriving. The first thing the young lad said was that they were asked to wait while we inspected the package. No damage showing and after placing in our dining room they even took the packaging away which was a great help. What a joy to have such professional service from start to finish. Just shows what can be achieved with the right attitude to customers.”

“The narrow bookshelf is a perfect size for a small bedroom and has made an excellent Makeup area with a small mirror on the top shelf. Well made, excellent delivery times and very well packed . I only wish that it had a top finish in case it was used below a stairway. A piece of the backing wood would suffice to give it a finished look. Hence only 4 stars.”

“I received my blanket box / toy box in a timely manner. The box looks great and I was pleasantly surprised that the hinges were soft close as I planned to use as a toy box for my 2 year old. From the description and reviews that I read, I expected the box to be much heavier than it is. I could practically move it around with one hand.”

“Piece of furniture was great and well packaged. The reason for the four stars is because of delivery. The delivery man left the furniture in the driveway and never even attempted to bring it into the house or even the porch. I had to struggle by myself (husband at work) to get it into the house so it wasn't stolen. It was very disappointing!”

“Damaged furniture house damaged during delivery no response to email very expensive for the poor quality that had been received and poor service as a key worker I really didn’t need the hassle of sorting out this mess !”
