“Furniture is great quality but delivery is always awful.”

“Good quality products and good service. I bought the telephone unit for my hall and agree with other reviews that it would be better if the shelves holding the baskets were oak. But other than that, I'm really pleased with it. I also bought a wine rack. Overall I'm pleased with both products, they are good quality for the price and despite having a couple of very minor issues about stock and delivery, the people I spoke to and received emails from were very responsive and helpful.”

“Furniture was good and what I expected,my concern was with the delivery. I received an e mail from Roseland to say my order had been dispatched and that the courier(Tufnell,s) would contact me with a delivery date and time. No contact made, first I knew was a note through the door to say that an attempt had been made to deliver.Eventually managed to contact courier with no help from Roseland customer service. Delivery arranged for next day with 30 minute warning phone call. Delivery made with no advance call packing badly damaged on both boxes, but fortunately furniture was ok. Very poor service from courier company, if the packaging had not been robust the furniture would have been firewood.”

“Happy with the product although one of the five drawers is slightly smaller than the others. However the delivery company were disappointing as they failed to deliver at the allocated time and said they tried to deliver but no one was in. People were in and the cctv showed no delivery was attempted. Follow up calls to them proved to be fruitless but the product was finally delivered the next day. I would advise a different delivery company is used next time.”

“The furniture is what I expected except for the broken handles(which are being replaced) Unfortunately the delivery service was not. I received a text to say when it would be delivered but it was not. I was not notified there would be a delay. The tracking service did not show the delay either. Very poor service.”

“I was really pleased with the order but disappointed with the delivery service. I text them to inform them they had gone to the wrong address. All I got was an automated message to say they would deliver the day after and would leave the packages at 32, I had not given them permission to do so, i had never met the neighbour's at 32. No apology or anything. Needless to say they left the packages at 32.”
