“Unit arrived quite wobbly (one leg shorter than the others), Roseland offered to replace it, but we requested a small refund instead as it's now on carpet.”

“Furniture great, but delivery person would not bring the unit into my home. I am disabled so it would have been imposible for me to manage on my own.Fortunately my friends were visiting( as i live alone) who kindly lifted my unit inside for me.”

“Excellent quality furniture but could do with better delivery, not satisfactory for delivery company to leave a heavy item outside property and expect purchaser to attempt to move item indoors, thankfully I wasn’t elderly but still struggled.”

“The furniture you delivered was not the cupboard we ordered but when we opened it we liked it and as we were having a TV fitted that day we decided to keep this one instead. It looks very nice and better than it looks on your website. We probably would have ordered it if the picture and colours had been better and more true to life.”

“Only one small snag prevents me from being delighted with the bedside tables. A drill slipped on one of the drawer fronts so that the handle did not fit. I did not expect to have to get my drill out to rectify this, as they are not sold as self assembly. That aside, they are well made, sold and exactly as I expected from the website. The courier service gave me an hour for delivery and arrived two minutes into that hour. Sturdy packaging ensured that they arrived safely.”
