“Item arrived very well packed. It looks good, with the top corners rounded off and solidly built. One minor critism is that the top drawers are quite loose”

“Lovely furniture very happy with it, would give 5 stars but delivery company a major let down as didn’t show up on given date/time which was a week after placing order, no contact from courier so we had to call them and was informed a different time for same day which was a further no show, contacted them again to be advised furniture had been on wrong van and advised delivery slot a further 3 days, then claimed we had missed delivery the following day which we hadn’t been advised of as no contact from them, delivery subsequently put back a further 5 days! No cards left to advise we had missed delivery... and no phone call from delivery driver to say on his way which we were advised was company policy to call at least half hour before delivery! We did get a call from the driver on the day we actually received the goods which makes me think the no show/wrong van and missed delivery days may have been delaying tactics to hold onto furniture longer so they have more than one drop off in our area? I don’t mind waiting if company is upfront from the start but don’t like being messed about! Would rather it stated up to two weeks delivery time at time of ordering and delivery company did not use suspected delaying tactics as means unnecessary time off work and house sitters waiting for no shows!!”

“Sideboard great but lack of communication from delivery co. Fortunately I am retired so able to stay in on off chance of a delivery. Not sure what people that work are meant to do.”

“Excellent service! The product was damaged when it arrived but I reported this and they immediately arranged an exchange. Very smooth process and I love the furniture. It’s exactly what I wanted and fits perfectly in the kitchen.”

“I woukd have hiven 5 stars. However the item i purchased was slightly damaged. In reported this and Roseland were excellent in their response. We came to a satisfactory agreement.”

“The sideboard we ordered was lovely and well made but the delivery of it was very poor. It was due to be delivered on Friday and it never arrived so we arranged another for Monday (another day we had to take off) after 4pm we phoned to ask where it was and was told it would be delivered in the evening, but again it did not arrive. The furniture was eventually delivered on Tuesday morning, unexpected, so luckily we were in. Their courier delivery system needs to be sorted out as it is a shame as their furniture is fabulous.”

“Item delivered promptly but unfortunately damaged in a small area which we don't think happened in transit. Roseland dealt with it promptly, offered an exchange or money off which we accepted, small refund was back in our account within 2 days”

“Very well packed, pleased with my tv unit. Courier very good but I was informed of a 4 slot for delivery on a day which we were at home.....prior contact should have been given as to a day!!!!! No excuse....my mobile and email address were available.”

“Very pleased with mini sideboard, disappointed with mark on the front top right hand side of frame work, it looks like water marks or where something has borrowed into the wood while the wood was growing? I have tried to remove it, with polish, but no joy with that.”

“Ordered oak tv corner unit. Very competitive prices. Roseland kept me up to date with dispatch and delivery. Delivered very quick. However wd were let down by the courier. Contacted Roseland and the action they took was immediate. Very happy with their response. Only 4 stars for this reaso . Very happy with unit really lovely, great value. Will order from Roseland again.”

“Overall very pleased. Just a couple of faults. A couple of holes for the drawer handles I had to countersink more and one of the nuts in the side pulled out as I tightened the bolt. Also, had to fit 4 longer screws for the shelf as the ones supplied weren,t long enough.”

“Nice furniture very pleased with it. Not so happy with delivery company sent tracking details said it was on its way and never arrived. Rang Roseland’s reorganised the delivery for following Tuesday , asked if there was safe place to leave if we were out said no and that was acknowledged. Get home MONDAY to find all packages piled up against our side gate in full view of the road !”

“Arrived and matches my other funiture, very good quality arrived well packaged and company were very nice 2 deal with. just a very slight nick on one leg of coffee table otherwise delighted with it.”
