“Mix up at warehouse meant my tables were delivered a day late. Happy with them when they finally arrived.”

“A good solid piece of well finished furniture, my only reservation would be to point out that the internal material is softwood but I suppose I would have paid a lot more if it wasn't..”

“We’re very pleased with our new bookcase - it’s good quality, well made and fits perfectly in the space we wanted. The only down-side was that it was delivered by a one-man delivery service and so he couldn’t take it upstairs to the room we wanted it in. Being older and unable to lift heavy items, this caused us a problem. I would have happily paid extra for a two-person delivery team which other operators offer.”

“Lovely sideboard and delivery on time. However, driver left furniture in hallway and would not put it in living room. Informed me he only had to deliver to the front door. What if this was a wardrobe and it was raining?”

“Furniture was good quality but delivery service very poor. Delivery date was supposed to be 21st October but the furniture was dumped in garden Saturday 19th considering my son had not moved in it was lucky he nipped by on the Saturday and took furniture in not good at all”

“Super-fast delivery. The item was well-packaged and secure. My only slight criticism was the courier couldn't see an address label and he delivered the item to a neighbour - who also couldn't see my name or address anywhere on the parcel. Luckily she knows me quite well and she asked for my advice, and I then realised the delivery was actually for me! Had it been a neighbour who doesn't know me, or had it been a dishonest person I might not have received my order. I would suggest Roseland print large address labels to attach to their orders to ensure this doesn't happen in future. All that aside, I am delighted with my new hall storage bench! It was exactly what I wanted and it looks great and matches some items I bought from Roseland last year.”

“Having bought other furniture from Roseland, this last piece I bought, the London oak tv stand, one of the doors keeps opening!! I think it’s the magnetic shutter, but other than that it’s of good quality for the price.”

“Lovely piece of furniture, well made and finish is excellent. Disappointed the white colour is actually cream, so I shall have to paint. The delivery was very prompt although after despatch their was no communication from the courier at all.”
