“Furniture is lovely, just as hoped for, due to being really well packed perfect not a mark anywhere. Delivery company how ever nightmare, cancelled delivery on the day meaning holidays booked for this were wasted, poor customer service. Had a missed call, rang back and she said “called you by mistake” and she hung up. Many bad comments about them.”

“The drawers are noisy when pulled and pushed in and out. Can't find where to stick rubbers to stop them banging when being shut. Except for these minor problems I am completely satisfied with the product.”

“The TV stand is not the best solid wood and you could get better. The wood is a bit thin however before I say it is terrible, I must say that at the price I paid, you cannot really complain. £159, minus VAT, minus delivery, which is not really free, means an item of furniture costing about £100, so summary, item a bit thin but good enough for the money, I have seen better but at a higher price. Delivery itself was a bit late in the day with no warning by text or email or anything and it could have been that nobody was in but never mind, people are dying in Africa so what can I say.”

“I am happy with my order from rose land furniture the sideboard is brilliant really happy with the quality only the communication with delivery was a bit inaccurate the delivery company text me to say it was coming Tuesday between 11.54am to 1.54pm so I asked my father if he’d wait at my house for me, but after I emailed the company ETA they told me it will not come until Wednesday, so I had to get someone to wait in again for me. The delivery was free so Perhaps if you pay for delivery it might be better?”

“Love the item, perfect for the situation, looks great. But am less thrilled with the delivery as, because I wasn't at home at the time of delivery, it was left outside the front door in the pouring rain. Very disappointing. The fault is with the courier, not Roseland.”

“Very quick delivery (next day), well packaged, all corners protected and well made. table top looks great. Baskets sometimes stick if not put in absolutely straight maybe they could do with being a centimetre smaller so they're easy to handle. Really pleased with the table, crossing fingers the baskets are hard wearing . Impressed with service, thanks”

“Unfortunately the Blanket Box purchased was damaged, although, according to a neighbour it was dropped before reaching our front door. However, Roseland immediately arranged for a replacement, which was perfect, and collected the faulty one. Delighted with the quality of the article and with the service received from Roseland.”
