“Appears well made, only one small issue is that the staining on the legs of the T.V table is only on the front and the sides can be seen from the front. A small detail spoiling what is a very nice piece furniture.”

“Furniture was as excited, very happy with my sideboard. No so pleased with the delivery not forwarnd when it was coming, so l wasn’t in, no card through the door to say they had been, email from the courier next day when a time was arranged, delivered by One man so it was man handled banged about quite a bit. Think you should review your couriers”

“We really liked the style and quality of the items. Our one disappointment was that while it stated it was made from sustainable American oak on the website it failed to say it was made in Vietnam - until we read it on the box!”

“I ordered a small TV unit, and the ordering process was seamless. It was organised to be delivered on Saturday ( I’m not available during the week, so this was great, but it is a little extra). In the first 2 emails from the company I was told that it would be tracked and the courier would contact me with a timeframe. At 2 pm on the Saturday I contacted the company, I hadn’t received any communication from the courier. The girl I spoke to was lovely, she apologised profusely and said it was unlikely that it would be delivered that day and it was arranged for the following Saturday, and the delivery charge would be refunded, which it was. However I have still wasted a whole morning staying in my house. The following Monday, whilst at work I received a text and an email saying the item would be delivered between 1 and 3pm. I was furious, I sent an email to the courier and called the company, I was not best pleased to be interrupted in my working day. Again the girl I spoke to was lovely and said she would send them another email and that delivery was definitely that Saturday. I get home to find a card through the door saying item left at side of house. Livid I went to look, it wasn’t’t there. Call d the company and the girl I spoke to said she would look into it. Turns out it began to rain and my neighbour’s son took it in to ensure it wasn’t damaged or stolen. Moral of the story is, the furniture is great, well made, but change the courier who have a blatant disregard for instruction and respect for customer wishes. If I could have got a hold of the delivery men I would have gladly wrung their scrawny necks. Not impressed with the courier aspect again”

“Very helpful and polite on telephone. Item stated 2 person lift but x 1 delivery person only. Returns were quick and efficient as was the refund. Only issue was I received an email and txt to say item would be delivered however received this on the day of delivery and no choice or advance warning.”

“I have ordered two pieces of furniture from Roseland recently. Ordering was simple, furniture came exactly when the texts said they would, well wrapped and in great condition. Good quality for a good price. Will order more.”

“Roseland bookcase was purchased and the is great and a great service from them, however haulage company was a diabolical fail, paid for Saturday delivery and was delivered on Friday with nobody home and left the package Outside of our property in plain view of the public and easily accessible to them, no card to say where it was and no text or email, didn't find it till saturday morning and had been in the rain all night grrr”

“Good quality bedside tables, we are very happy with them. However I ordered two and they arrived separately by 2 different drivers at different time slots on the same day. Not very environmentally friendly and no obvious explanation for this.”
