“In general well made, though handle holes and/or screws not correct Was unable to fix some handles, will buy some longer screws. The colour finish not quite matching the website images. Price of furniture competitive.”

“Decent quality for price, a little darker than our existing range but that's fine. Draws are a little loose in apertures could do with maybe some soft spacers on sides to keep draws central. ( just a suggestion) One quality issue, handles loose on three draws! ( my job is a quality inspector.)”

“Furniture is beautiful, well made and very well packed. My only complaint is with the delivery and tracking information. I only received notification of the delivery date on the day of delivery which is really not helpful when you work full time so had to call on a family member, far from ideal. Also my first delivery was left outside, overnight in an insecure area as there was a miscommunication over the delivery date, I wasn’t home, no note was left and i only found out where it had been left after a call to Roseland. My cupboard could easily have been stolen and despite the pouring rain my cupboard was luckily not damaged!!”

“I haven’t seen the bookcase as yet, I bought the bookcase for my partner as a gift. He is pleased with it . He did mention there was only was delivery man who said he doesn’t usually carry goods upstairs. My partner lives on the third floor so asked him if he would help him carry it up. He did, but I don’t think he was very happy about it.”

“some confusion over what was in the box. Description on box was totally different from roseland description i.e oxford light oak lamp table. Table was fine although ‘minimal self assembly’ was not.”

“This is the second piece of furniture we have had. It is good value for money and looks nice. I would have rated it higher but there was some damage to the bottom of the sideboard at the back which we will have to fix ourselves.”

“I was told I would get a phone call telling me what day my furniture was coming but just had a text half an hour before it arrived, good job I was in. The bedside table had a few marks in the drawers and a slight chip on the top but Other than that I am. Very pleased.”
