“A lovely solid piece of furniture.It is very heavy, so make sure you have a few extra pairs of hands as the delivery is only kerbside!Make sure your measurements are correct to get in your doorway.The colour is more of a putty/cream colour however and not as grey looking as in the photos.”

“Recently purchased a Lanner sideboard and tall,narrow bookcases. The furniture has proved ideal for my small study/snug. The colour is lovely and I really love it. Appears to be well made and very reasonably priced. Thank you Roseland.”

“ordering and delivery great and quick. Poor handles had to wash and scrubstuff off them to make them look good. The outside looks good but the inside wood is very very poor.”

“Excellent value for money, nice quality furniture and fast delivery. I only gave 4/5 because it is difficult to get through on the phone, and the website order confirmation doesn’t work as it should, but that aside, once I managed to contact customer services the staff are really helpful and knowledgeable. Happy to recommend.”

“Initially the incorrect item was delivered but within two days the item was collected and exchanged for the item I ordered . Wonderful , efficient service ! The little bookcase was just what I wanted for my spare bedroom; not the best quality but it suited my need perfectly. Thank you.”

“Overall pleased with our purchase of five pieces of furniture, though three of the items had been damaged - it looked like it had occurred before it was shipped to us, as they had all been well wrapped and protected. That said Roseland responded quickly and we agreed that one item should be swapped and they discounted the other two, leaving me to sort out the imperfections. Delivery was quick and all the items were priced competitively. My only general observation surrounds the quality of the internal shelves and side panels in the London Oak range. Compared to the external appearance as well as the overall fit and finish, it just felt that they had reduced as much thickness from the shelf as they could to the point where placing a stack of 6 dinner plates caused the shelf to sag in the middle. That was a real shame as overall they looked good. What might help is a clearer website description to allow visually similar items to be compared, including the design and construction of the different ranges. We would have paid more for better built sideboards, if it had been clearer on the website! Overall still pleased with them though.”
