“The bookshelf was very good quality for the price . The delivery service was poor though . Firstly you are told you can track your delivery but I got an email at 7.20am on day of delivery . When I tried to track it , the website just said out for delivery and never changed . Had to wait in until mid afternoon and then the delivery man only brings to doorstep . Luckily husband was in . This would put me off using this company again .”

“Excellent item, easy to assemble. Looks good. Very fast free delivery. Kept updated throughout delivery. Small crack on corner, easily sorted. Could maybe do with more packing on corners. Otherwise very pleased. Would buy again.”

“The service was quick, but cannot understand how such a large item of furniture can be delivered by 1 man who originally said he would not bring it into the house. My wife was on her own at the time so it was impossible for her to bring the item upstairs. The delivery driver condescended to bring it through the front door after much deliberation.”

“The website was very user friendly and the product arrived on time. When we telephoned to inform them that the bookcase had arrived in an extremely damaged condition they were very apologetic and arranged to have the product collected for return. This arrangement was confirmed by e:mail”

“I purchased a London Oak Console Table. When I received it the packaging was damaged, thankfully not to contents. When I assembled the table I found a crack in one of the pieces of wood underneath.(screw tighten too much). I reported this to Roseland who offered me a replacement or a partial refund. I took the latter. I would say the customer relations was excellent.”

“Found Roseland to be helpful and quick to deliver Unfortunately wanted to return my product, and this was arranged easily with company, however, Yodel, not so good, did not contact me or call, so product still waiting to be collected, so still awaiting my refund, but not anticipating any problems My particular order, I would say was of poor quality and badly built, but no problems with the customer service”

“I ordered 6 items ,five were faulty Lesley at Roseland Furniture was extremely helpful and dealt with my issues speedily . I even received some goodwill . The furniture is gorgeous and customer service fantastic . Only 4 stars because of fault issues”

“Excellent communications and rapid delivery. The product was very well packaged. The finish on the the corner unit was not up to standard as the basket stop on the right basket was a little too far forward which meant the basket sticks out about 1.5cm compared with the other one also there is a sanding machine burn mark on the front edge/corner of the oak top. I’ve not returned the item as I can sort the problems out myself but at the price paid I expected better. These 2 problems apart I was pleDed with my purchase.”

“Lovely solid sideboard fits nicely in the small hallway at the bottom of the stairs would have given 5 stars but it had a wobble on it so put a piece of card underneath one leg and it was sorted as did not want the hassle of sending it back.”

“Good quality and delivered quickly but it was delivered by one man and the box clearly stated requires two. Once unpacked there was a dent in the back which was presumably due to delivery.”

“Great furniture at great prices. I did request delivery updates but only received this the day before so it was a little awkward to organise but the delivery team was helpful and worked with me. The items themselves were well packaged and look fantastic in my living room”
