“Found it strange that when you place an order you don't know when it will be delivered until you get an email, however I have ordered a couple of items from Roseland, fantastic quality and definitely would buy more. Had a little problem but all sorted very quickly and polite customer services. Very pleased with both our items and would recommend.”

“Was easy to order and needed to make a change to order. This is exactly the same as furniture seen in a national store, but much cheaper! Some issue with delivery as only received 2 of the 5 items, however this was sorted and received other 3 items a few days later (though did have to chase up). The quality of the furniture is good, nothing to make up ourselves. Definately buy from here again”

“I was pleased overall with the wardrobe, which was easy to assemble, mostly by myself, but with help to lift the heavier sections. It is a good-looking piece of furniture which fits in well with my 150 year old ex-farmhouse.”

“The item was just as I expected it to be. There was a slight problem in that delivery was delayed as the original was damaged in transit however the staff could not have done more to help and kept me in the picture at all times. Great service. Great item.”

“Delivery from purchase was three days, and the piece came superbly wrapped. Why not 5/5? One of the drawers needed some “persuasion” to slide out, just need slightly better quality control. However, having said that will definitely be using again.”

“Very happy with my triple wardrobe & bedside table. Didn’t get the call to let me know when my three hour slot was. Got a phone call at 7am to say they would be with me in half an hour. Not much notice given there also not very well finished off on the top of the doors. On the whole it does the job.”

“Quality chest of drawers. Arrived on time and well packaged. Only negative was the handles. I decided to change them to chrome but found the hole centres were non-standard.”

“I really like the furniture and it was well packaged but I would probably not order again as Tuffnells the delivery form they use were useless. We got told the date of delivery with bo option to change wasted a day off work with no updates and finally got delivery 6.30pm!!! If had a call or text hour before would not have needed to waste time. I recommend you change delivery company.”

“First piece delivered was damaged this was dealt with but replacement was later than the other pieces we ordered. The driver delivering the replacement wanted to leave it on the drive and not bring it into the house. Overall the items quality is very good and the items are well packaged.”
