“Love this solid warm looking piece of furniture. Would like to order more but was extremely disappointed in the company’s choice of delivery service . Only informed about delivery slot on the actual Day .( 6-50 am text - no am or pm time slot ) . It’s not as if a piece of furniture can be left with a neighbour .”

“The sideboard is just the right dimensions that I require,it feels quite well put together,but the draws feel a bit loose,detracting from its overall quality.Having said that I would on the whole recommend this product.Aesthetically it’s very nice to look at.”

“Arrived with packaging damaged so photos of all stages of unpacking small dent on top of side board and one lamp table very damp and the other marks on leg Rang immediately and was told a partial refund or return all Was offered 35 pounds which accepted seem to insist that marks were natural in wood 👀 As can live with damage and just didn’t want to repack Overall quality ok watch the driver for delivery no care at all”

“Placed order over the holiday period. However, the item arrived on time as expected. It was very carefully wrapped in order to prevent damages. Customer service very good.”

“I am very pleased with my TV stand, the quality for price is excellent. The only downside is that I was not contacted to arrange delivery, I received a text on the day of delivery stating the time for my delivery. I emailed the courier straight away to say that I would not be at home and needed a Saturday delivery, but received no response. I then received a text saying my order had been delivered but no information as to where. The courier delivered the furniture to my neighbour, but did not leave a calling card to inform me, nor did they send an email/text saying where it had been delivered. I spent some time trying to find out where my delivery was. The delivery courier did not and has still not responded to my two emails sent. Perhaps Roseland should consider another delivery service. Other than this experience, I would order from Roseland again, but would follow it up with an email that contact needs to be made in advance for delivery.”

“The chest of drawers we ordered is a nice solid piece of furniture which arrived well packaged and in perfect order. Be aware that free delivery can involve the item being delivered by one man in a van. In our case he asked for our help to get it out of the van and up the path and into our house - this is pretty unusual I would say (although in the end he managed it himself). Look under the delivery and returns section of the website and you'll see the restrictions - there is the option to upgrade and pay extra to get another person to help carry furniture.”

“I was disappointed to see it was made in Thailand when I thought it was Cornish. Staff were very helpful but delivery was rubbish. I would suggest you find another carrier. I paid extra for quick delivery and it took nearly 2wks.”

“I am very pleased with this quality TV table .It was delivered swiftly and within the time limit given.The only improvement I can suggest is that I would've liked to have been able to purchased some more matching baskets for more storage.”

“Very easy to place an order and the tracking information when the item was out for delivery is very good. The one criticism I have, is the fact that I only got told in the morning that my item was being delivered in the afternoon, which did cause a few problems in terms of making sure someone was available, if this could be improved then it would be be faultless.”
