“Very good bookcase for the money. We are actually using it as a display stand. If you need a book case to fit cook books on, this isn’t deep enough and the shelves aren’t high enough. Well made bookcase and very fast delivery. Recommended.”

“Great Service. Bed was delivered slightly later than stated. But a phone call was made and the bed was delivered the next day. Great customer service. And brilliant, easy to make, Bed.”

“The item (TV table) is of excellent quality and just as described on the website. A point was deducted because of the delivery. I live in an apartment and the item was dumped in the apartment lobby and not to my apartment door.”

“Purchased small bookcase. Great product that was well built. No flat pack assembly. Delivery was faster than estimate and very well packaged for protection. Only issue was this was purchased during their big January sale. The price was the same as it has been for last 2 months when most companies products enjoyed a reduction”

“Very pleased with the service of Roseland my first sideboard was too small, was quickly collected, my second larger one is lovely, once again it was ordered and delivered within a few days. No complaints with goods or service from Roseland.”

“although it was just dumped on doorstep as we were out and unaware of delivery date we could have been away as it was it was difficult for 70 plus to take inside on own . apart from that furniture itself very nice”

“There was a problem with the appearance of the tv table I ordered, and I immediately emailed Roseland with photos of the unit. I was contacted immediately with details of how to return the damaged item, and delivery details of a replacement item. The exchange was accomplished within a week of the first delivery. Well done! NB “Don’t dispose of the packaging before you are sure the item is satisfactory”!”

“Our new bedroom furniture is lovely. The items arrived as described and really well packaged, protected and waterproofed. The finish is very good - a bit rustic here and there but to be expected from furniture made of real timber. Good customer service but unfortunately our delivery did not take place on the confirmed date and there was no communication from the courier but the items arrived the following morning without issue.”

“We bought two small bedside cabinets. They look very nice, came on time and appear to be very well made. They are very good value for money. They fit well in our bedroom scheme The only downside is they are fairly small and so do not hold a lot of clothing but are only suitable for holding small items.”

“Ordered 2 chests of drawers and a sideboard. All beautiful items, well constructed - am delighted with them. Reason for 4 starts and not 5 is the courier they use provides a fairly poor service, coming several days late, tracking didn't work etc. But the stuff arrived eventually in good condition and I'm very happy with it so despite the courier nonsense I think I would probably order again”

“On the whole I'm happy although I did have serious issues with their delivery company and it takes a long time to get through to Roseland on the phone. Also my order was not acknowledged until I rung and queried this.”

“An attractive , compact tv unit that easily accommodates my 49'' screen . A good robust piece of furniture, apart from the fact that it rocked slightly. I know the surface it rests on is level so reported the problem to Roseland. I was offered a replacement tv unit or a £10 refund to buy pads for the feet. It was very well packed for transit and delivery was relatively fast. It is perhaps worth mentioning here that there is a £30 delivery fee to certain areas. The delivery firm Tuffnell's sent an email saying the item would be delivered 'today' so when , just after 9pm, it still hadn't arrived I checked its status to discover it had been 'delivered'. It hadnt! I'd also wasted the day waiting in for it! FOR THE NORTH OF SCOTLAND WHEN AN ITEM REACHES THE NEXT 'STAGE' OF ITS TRANSPIRTATION, TUFFNELLS SEND NOTICE OF DELIVERY AS BEING THAT SAME DAY. IN MY CASE THE SECOND CARRIER TRANSPORTED IT FROM THERE AND IT TOOK A FURTHER DAY TO BE DELIVERED. I was happy enough with the time taken I do have issue with the misguiding I formation sent by the carrier. Having said all this, FOR QUALITY OF FURNITURE I WOULD RECOMMEND ROSELAND.”

“Roseland customer service is great, they gave us a delivery date and time via their carrier who arrived with the delivery much sooner than expected. the delivery was placed in the room exactly where we wanted it positioned.”
