“Delivered without warning flat packed in two huge package s. Free delivery turned out to be much dearer than expected. For two over eighties to have to contend with all this was stressful. When eventually erected with help from local joiner( Who had to be paid) we were pleased with the wardrobe. Order No108989.”

“The product is good, however the delivery was poor, my wife went into bathroom and delivery men knocked twice but then they left the item behind my garden gate.i recieved no phone call what soever saying there is no answer, they must have put it over, when i opened the product i saw a slight damage however because it wasnt too noticeable i didnt ask for the return. Other then this product is good.”

“Purchased a side board which after an initial failed delivery over a mix up of instructions where to leave it, it was delivered the next day, the product itself was as it said online and completes my dining room perfectly, I would definitely use rosewood again”

“First sideboard complete mis-match in wood grain to an unacceptable level making it look like a 'second' unit. Quickly replaced. Overall expectations and quality not what was expected. Lack of attention to detail.”

“We are really pleased with the furniture we brought from you. Looks great and well made. The only downside was with the delivery. They didn't let us know when the 3 pieces of furniture would be arriving. We came home to find them on front steps. Not good.”
