“On time and very well packaged . Looks lovely in my bedroom , not as good quality that I was expecting but I suppose you get what you pay for . Still very pleased .”

“I have puchased several pieces of furniture frome Roseland including bookcases and CD storage. In every case they have arrived promptly well packaged and pre-assembled. In my opinion their products are good quality and value. Its great that they arrive ready to use without the need for assembly.”

“I am pleased with my small sideboard which is exactly as described and good value for the money. It looks good in my hallway and the cup handles are particularly attractive. The service was excellent with a very speedy delivery time, within a few days of ordering, and free. My husband is a perfectionist and is not totally happy with the alignment of one of the cupboard doors but he will be able to adjust this hopefully. I have seen a lot of similar or inferior quality furniture for a lot more money and would be happy to recommend Roseland to any potential purchaser.”

“I loved a lot of the items at Roseland Furniture and when I move again I shall purchase more items. Was a little put out by the bloke who took the calls, quite uppity and unhelpful, could virtually here the sniggers. I purchased 2 chests of drawers, received an email and expected them to be delivered. The day drew on and no delivery so I rang and mr snooty replied. I asked about delivery and that very second he magically sent me an email however I was on the phone and he curtly stated that just because we received your order doesn't mean it will be delivered until the delivery company contacts you.. well this isn't a major problem regarding delivery but it would be much better to let the customer know that the buying and delivering could be a week apart.. then no disgruntled customer not knowing what was going on and no snotty man on the telephone to have to listen to. That said, the company who delivered the items were lovely, very down to earth. Service with a smile and placed items where I wanted them, with no fuss or bother and we all carried on our day in a nice mood. Shame couldn't say the same for Roseland abrupt guy answering the phone!”
