“The furniture is great. Beautiful oak yet affordable. I went by the delivery dates shown on the product descriptions. But my pieces of furniture are expected to arrive longer than stated at time of ordering. I have learnt that Roseland offload all responsibility for the delivery once the furniture has been dispatched. Any queries are met with "Oh it's nothing to do with us now, you'll have to wait to be contacted by the delivery firm". Such a shame as this lets down the overall buying experience with Roseland Furniture.”

“The furniture quality for the price paid is of good value, the only minor niggle was the London Oak Smart TV Stand handles had corroded. We contacted Roseland and are awaiting the replacement handles. Otherwise all good.”

“The Farrow bookcase is very attractive but the shelves are not deep enough for some of my books. Perhaps you should include the measurement between shelves in your description. The Farrow lamp/telephone table will also look good when it is complete but it was impossible to insert some of the bolts into the holes provided. I don't know where we can go from here and how it can be completed.”

“Goods lovely but very disappointed with courier. Goods originally list in transit. Second delivery arranged for Tuesday - arrived today left on driveway in pouring rain and no signature. Shocking”
