“Bookcase perfect delivery terrible. Received email at 10 on day of delivery to tell me it was coming but at work. Came four days later delivery man had tried to deliver 4 times. No card to tell me this. I had informed company that Thurs was no good but delivery still attempted. Did not appreciate delivery man having a go at me for not being in when I had no idea when delivery was being made!!”

“Delivery was prompt and parts arrived in good condition. Only issue was that they didn't give an option on the website to choose a delivery date, and I thought once I bought it they'd give me an estimated date but they didn't. So when I got a text at 9am saying it would be delivered that day it was a rush to be home in time for it!”

“This would have been a "Very Good" but they are let down by their delivery company. I was told that I would be given the driver name and a delivery slot by Tuffnell`s the delivery company. I would be given this information when the item is out for delivery. What I was given was 48 hours before the item would be delivered (Sat) I got a email saying that my delivery would be on Monday...... This was it, so as far as I know my wooden TV cabinet was in the back of a lorry all weekend.......... The item itself is great and very well made, I will most probably be looking in to buying another cabinet from here but will be looking into other delivery arrangements. Customer services was as helpful as they could be and quick to answer, I highly recommend but also recommend finding other delivery arrangements the the free offering”

“My telephone table was delivered within 3 days of ordering, very impressive. It was packaged adequately & I am very satisfied with it's condition & appearance. It is a slightly darker grey than it appeared on line but that suits my decor so I'm happy. My husband said it was a little fiddly to assemble but not a big problem.”

“Very pleased with my purchases - very similar to furniture I was looking at in oak furniture land but half the price. One item arrived faulty but this was quickly rectified- one email to customer services with a quick response and the item was replaced straight away with minimal fuss.”
