“Good service and the delivery arrived on time and well packed. Not UK or EU manufactured and perhaps this should be made clear on the web site.”

“Ordered 3 pieces of furniture for my lounge and all arrived within 3 days. Unfortunately there was some damage to the oak top of our TV stand but this was dealt with promptly and a replacement received after a few days with no quibbles. Great customer service and beautiful furniture at a great price. Would definately shop here again.”

“Very happy with my purchase. Came as described, looks well built and sturdy. Not a issue for us but the delivery came a day early so which was good for me but could cause issues if you dont plan on it coming early. But would order again from the company.”

“Arrived very promptly and wrapped up well. Unfortunately one of the drawers falls through as the back stop has fallen off but as yet haven't contacted the company so cannot rate on this aspect but otherwise pleased”

“Very prompt delivery following order. Oak sideboard was as per picture although didn't appreciate that it was quite narrow in depth and found I couldn't place a round set of table mats flat in the drawer. However the sideboard was value for money and looks good.”

“I love the coffee table and would of given it 5 stars, but the bottom left corner of one of the drawers has a splinter of the veneer sticking out. I had spent a long time unpacking the very well packed coffee table and had broken down the box and it was in the bin, when I first noticed this. This aside it's a beautiful coffee table and I love it.”

“Whilst I am happy with my purchases and the level of service, I am extremely disappointed that the items were made in Vietnam. One of the considerations for placing this order was that I was supporting a family run business making furniture in Cornwall.”

“I love my london oak coffee table, however two handles on one side of the coffee table were loose in the box and I didnt realise till I looked at the handles that they had broken off completely and couldnt be re-attached...The other side was fine.....and there was decent packaging over the table however must have got knocked in transit....I decided to replace all 4 handles myself....and will have to do the same with the next two pieces of matching furniture that I intend to purchase soon....it hasnt put me off, just disappointed.”
