“The firm appears okay but there is a feeling that they try to create a sense of homemade furniture with the use of Cornish places. The fact that mine was made in Vietnam couldn't have been further from that image.”

“The furniture is very nice, well built and finished and looks great. I was a little disappointed with the amount of packaging from an environmental point of view, particularly the plastic. I appreciate the furniture must be protected in transit, but maybe this could be changed, for example the polystyrene on the corners could be swapped for corrugated thick cardboard and the black plastic it was wrapped in could be lost?”

“I’ve ordered a few bits from Roseland Furniture, the products and service is great. The delivery firm they use is not so great. I made an order on 3/10/19, they misrouted my order and no one got in touch with me until I emailed Roseland Furniture 2 days after I received the “it’s on its way to you” email. I’ve finally had delivery info sent to me today and my window was between 11:22-14:22... I’m still waiting at 15:05, over a week later from when I ordered.”

“Furniture exactly as described, neat and well made, packed well for transit. I will be ordering more from them. Unfortunately XDP delivery was late and they ain’t very good at communicating, lucky I have good neighbours.”
