“Quality of the Console table is good. Customer Service was ok as we had an email to say the table would arrive that day but it failed to turn up. Another email arrived the next day and this time the furniture arrived. Only quibble is that we thought it was ready assembled when in fact it was not.”

“Really pleased with my small sideboard. Solid and put together really well. So nice to have it arrive already put together and not flat packed. Has a nice finish to it. The packaging it arrived in was perfect. The driver was very good too, staying at a distance but getting enough up over the door step so it could be slid in doors by us. My sister recommended Roseland and so pleased she did.”

“Ordered 2 chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables. Very quick delivery. Both chest of drawers were damaged on arrival. After contacting customer service, this was quickly sorted and replacements were received. Would purchase from company again.”

“We purchased a pair of sideboards and a tv unit and are extremely pleased with them. We were extremely impressed with the quality of the packaging to keep them safe in transit. The items we ordered were out of stock, which we knew when ordering, but we were kept up to date as to when stock was expected and they were held back when in stock so we could have them delivered after our new carpet was laid. We would highly recommend Roseland furniture”

“I really don't know how the item I purchased (Cotswold Oak Corner tv Unit) got through any Quality Control inspection prior to being shipped. I can only assume that there weren't any checks in place. Will not purchase from this company again.”
