“Rather disappointed with the furniture I bought. The colour was darker than that shown on line. The construction was not as sturdy as I had expected with staples used to fasten sheets of plywood. The outward veneer made the piece look much better than it really was. The legs did not extend beyond the chest but were add-ons to accommodate the veneer. Furthermore they were not the same colour as the veneer. Some of the side panel had not been stained and generally the chest looked good quality but upon examination was a bit of a botched job. The fact that the delivery person was easily able to carry it to my door immediately raised my suspicions. It was well packaged but overall a poor buy.”

“Sadly the coffee table I ordered arrived broken. Customer service promptly offered to exchange for a new one but that came broken too. It was packed quite poorly so not surprised it broke on transit. Trying to arrange a refund. Disappointed.”

“Lightweight. Poorly painted.Didn’t expect to have to screw it to ( stud) wall! Right size, needed for overflow of books so will keep. Worst of all, led to believe made in Cornwall, but label stuck to back said Vietnam!!”

“I purchased a mini sideboard and I am pleased with the item. Speedy delivery even with everything that's going on in the world. I did contact the company prior to ordering to ask their opinion on the match to another item of furniture from their range purchased through a third party and they were very helpful - I can't fault their customer service at all. Would definitely recommend.”
