“The bench is lovely but sadly the two drawers did not match. Very different shades. I requested replacements but this was not possible. The choices given were to return the whole bench, or take a £20 refund. I took the latter due to the size of the bench, but not ideal.”

“Would have been 5 star but one of the side panels to the sideboard had come off in transit and I was able to do an "OK" repair.”

“Very good quality item that fits the bill. Good delivery period and arrangement. The only disappointment was the delivery team did not unwrap the bookcase, check for damage or remove the substantial waste, which could have been reused. If damage had been found re-pacing would have been impossible for two elderly customers.”

“We purchased two triple wardrobes which arrived on time. One of the wardrobes didn’t fit together as the joints weren’t aligned properly and there was some damage on the second wardrobe. I contacted Roseland furniture and they gave me a choice of either exchange, refund or an amount to keep the wardrobes. The refund was processed speedily and the matter resolved quickly. The customer service was excellent”

“we purchased x3 pieces: a dresser, double wardrobe and triple wardrobe. The build quality is satisfactory but the dresser had clearly been in long-term storage having been manufactured in 2017 and the handles had corroded with the damp and cold. One of the semi-circular handles on the bottom doors was fractured on arrival. The base section on the three-door wardrobe was damaged and had something dropped on it as the oak veneer was broken and the wood dented. Only the two-door wardrobe was satisfactory. Overall, a little approximate and underwhelming.”
