“Bought a bookshelf, on the whole, it was pretty good but internally in a couple of places found that there were nails poking through. The order was delivered very quickly and generally, I am pleased with the item and the service.”

“Even though I had to return the first item purchased (wooden sideboard) as 3 of the screws on the hinges were missing heads so didn't hold the doors properly and couldn't be tightened I still give Roseland a 4 star review. This is because they exchanged the faulty cabinet swiftly for a new one and apologised immediately. The value for money is good and quality very reasonable. I would order from Roseland again and in fact I have ordered a bookcase already. Quick delivery, good customer service and nice products.”

“Very good value for the money, only spoilt by the fact that the delivery company would not bring the item of furniture up to my apartment door , I had made arrangements for the item to be brought up the internal fire escape to our first floor apartment .”

“The ordering and delivery of the matter i ordered was very good. But the mirror was at first not sitting properly in the side brackets, it did not tilt and it was not level on the frame. A good neighbour noticed that one of the brackets on the frame was not tight enough to hold the mirror as it should. He had to tighten the clause of the bracket to make it ok. That is now acceptable but i am a widow living on my own and would otherwise have had no option but to return the item.”

“Excellent swift service and delivery of our TV stand and bookcase. They were exactly what we wanted and we love the look of them. However the bookcase had a thin split in the wood from the top left corner down the side. We decided to “live with it” as we didn’t want the hassle of trying to return it during COVID-19.”
