“My new tv unit in grey from Roseland looks amazing in my newly painted lounge! It just looks “quality “. I love having a drawer beneath for remotes and spectacles, everything is so tidy now and it looks expensive and it wasn’t! Thank you Val”

“Please note that my 2 stars do not reflect on the very helpful member of staff at Roseland who received my complaint and dealt with it swiftly and to my satisfaction. I ordered the Hampshire Oak Blanket Box. Delivery was in a reasonably good timeframe ( although the courier company failed on 3 consecutive days to deliver when they said they would without any communication to me...it arrived on the 4th day of texting me with the same message "Great news, your package will be delivered today!" Sadly, the item was broken in about 6 different places, wood split, backing adrift, hinges off. So, unfit for purpose. Roseland arranged a courier pickup and very quick full refund which was good.”

“Very pleased with my sideboard so so that I have ordered 2 more pieces of furniture. I did think the men who were very manarable would have unwrapped it but obviously they don’t do that.”

“We haven’t received our ordered item yet as the delivery company made a mistake and delivered the wrong sideboard. No name on the packaging. We are waiting for it to be rectified. Poor rating based on this.”
