“TV Unit arrived badly damaged. I contacted you immediately and your response was prompt. I sent pictures as requested. Unit was replaced shortly after and looks good. The only problem I have now is I have the old damaged Unit and am not sure whether you want it back or can I just take it to the refuge centre?”

“Having purchased 2 chest of drawers in January, only 1 turned up. I was expecting the 2nd to arrive shortly after but had to email and ring. No one replied to the email and I waited 30mins for someone to answer. I was told they had delivered only 1 in error and that the 2nd would be sent out. This was in January. Over a week went by and the drawers hadn't arrived. I emailed and had no reply. I then rang early February and waited over 30mins again. I was told they were out of stock from 1st Feb...even though I'd rung through previously back in January, and they wouldn't be in stock until March. Had I have known I wouldn't have got 2 together I may not have ordered. The service has been poor, communication has been poor and I would not recommend or order from Roseland again. I don't understand how I was told the 2nd one was being delivered to then being out of stock. Not a great service at all”

“This is the fourth time we've ordered furniture from Roseland and so can thoroughly recommend it - we wouldn't have kept buying it otherwise! High quality, excellent service and no problems (apart from me deciphering the instructions initially!)”

“We ordered a desk that didn't arrive despite delivery notifications. After assurances that it was definitely about to arrive, but didn't, further investigation revealed that it had got damaged in transit and so was returned to the company. We ordered a replacement 10 days ago and haven't heard anything since. This company sadly seems to be having some problems fulfilling their orders.”

“Delighted with quality and finish of furniture. Delivered quickly too. We live in an old house, so replaced knobs with a more old fashioned style. Very happy with result.”

“Took delivery of glass cabinet today. It’s really well made and it looks lovely. Had a bit of a blip over delivery but this was quickly sorted out and it arrived well packaged. Overall very satisfied with the quality and the customer service.”

“Lovely chest of drawers is off white and not bright white Drawers do not slide very easily could have done with metal runners hope they don’t seize up over time. But does look very nice in my daughters bedroom.”
