“We ordered a mini sideboard which arrived on time but unfortunately was not up to standard. I phoned to complain and was told to send photos which I did. I was told I could have a replacement which would be sent out in a few days. No quibble replacement which arrived in a couple of days. The other one was collected and returned. The replacement wasexcellent and we were very pleased with it.”

“Ordering online was easy and a good choice of delivery dates offered. There was a small damage to table but this issue was sorted out quickly and fairly by the company.”

“Good quality products and excellent delivery service. I had approached other oak furniture companies before finding Roseland and they tended to have lead time of 12 weeks for delivery. I was impressed that I got my bed witjih a week.”
