“Having purchased an item before that came ready made and was very pleased with it I was a bit disappointed this time as they came flat packed which I wasn’t expecting. I had problems with both items where holes were not lined up and not fully able to get the bolts in . One wouldn’t fit at all and one just kept turning in the hole and not going in so both items are built up with a bolt missing also both have minor damage which luckily are not noticeable as they up against a wall . Thought the quality wasn’t as good as the first piece I ordered last year either but still look nice now they are in place .”

“Lovely tv stand appeared but...the van it came in was filthy and bashed, no name on it. Not very professional.The driver asked what we were waiting for then searched in his van for the right thing. The outside packing was filthy and had to be opened outside. However the item is lovely, your staff when I phoned were helpful and polite. But made in Vietnam...I thought you were a local Cornish firm. However it is lovely.”

“Really pleased! Lovely furniture for a great price. Delivery however was a bit of a joke. The boxes were clearly marked as two man lift, one van man knocked on the door and told me I would have to help him carry! Lucky I am fit and healthy or I have told him to take it back. Then he tried to tell that he couldn't allow me to open any packaging until he had driven away!”

“Nice piece of furniture for the price. Would have given 5 * but dont understand why the inside of the front legs (on view) have failed to be waxed. Just spoils what in essence looks a good quality piece of furniture for the price. Fast delivery”

“Excellent product range at competitive prices, really impressed with build quality and extremely well packaged for delivery. However had issues trying to arrange delivery, and although customer services seemed helpful over phone, they didn't actually resolve or arrange as agreed - had to sort myself. Would have given 5 stars otherwise.”

“Great product and I am very pleased with the quality and the packaging, but I was let down by the delivery service. I took two hours off of work as a contractor so I will lose this money only for product to go undelivered despite giving projected delivery times. No communication and only delivered next day after several phone calls from me threatening to cancel the order. Highly unlikely to use this company again unless I knew they had changed their courier”

“Lovely sideboard that fits our room perfectly. Very good value for money! Live that it comes ready assembled and we only needed to put on the handles! Only criticism is that it arrived earlier than advised and was left in my front garden! I tracked the delivery and it did not show that it had been delivered! I was 8 months pregnant and had to wait for my husband to come home to lift it into the house! However we are very happy with the sideboard and would buy again.”

“Overall a nice piece of furniture. Looks good, delivered promptly. Did need a wipe down to remove some sort of surface residue (wax?) before being used. Size wise is ideal for DVDs and BluRays.”

“The chest of drawers we ordered looks very smart. The colour is good and the drawers glide open. One of the legs came chipped but it’s at the back and inside of the leg. However, we would buy from Roseland Furniture again.”
