“The Farrow grey telephone table, Is perfect for what l intended. Looks great and good value for money. Got off to a bit of a disappointing start. As the first one had some damage, but was swiftly sorted and l was well informed by email every step of the way.”

“Easy Ordering and Items met description. Delivery company offered an unsuitable delivery slot - difficult to contact (answerphone and mailbox full) but e-mail confirmation of my requested time slot sent and delivery tracking was easy and the delivery staff efficient and polite. Overall experience good.”

“good service, good quality furniture. web order form should stipulate that 2 man handling/delivery is a requirement - as per label on outside of packaging. Free delivery banner is misleading/confusing”

“The furniture was packed well, kept me informed by email the only criticism was I asked for a Friday delivery and didn’t get that , I know this can’t be helped but my order was split and so I had to try and sort out for someone to be there on two days otherwise completely satisfied”

“although it is a lovely piece of furniture and arrived safely, it is not grey!!!! it is stone. didn't want to go through the return process/ looking again for something else-as waited long enough for it; and the tv was arriving next day. please amend colour online, so that other customers get what they wanted. otherwise, a good sturdy piece, i just incorporated the colour in cushions!!”

“Furniture is a very good price and a good quality however was not delivered on date arranged or the next day arrived on the 3rd try after I had a heated conversation with Xdp this was not acceptable and needs addressing”

Hello, Angela - Please accept our apologies for the delay with your delivery. We do have to put our trust in the couriers delivering when we ask them to and whilst the large majority of the time they do this without any issues arising, on the odd occasion delays can happen, regrettably. If you do wish to purchase from us again in the future please contact the Customer Service team directly.
