“Responded to correspondence very quickly and kept me updated. Unecessarry amount of black plastic wrapping around box with furniture in otherwise well packaged to prevent damage.”

“Excellent service and delivery disappointed that the lamp tables have an inspection ticket on the back with thick black ink that runs over onto the paint. Taking the ticket off takes the paint off and the Made in Vietnam doesn't come off so the table that was to stand in front of a conservatory glass panel can't be used as it looks a mess from the window side.”

“Very pleased with this company. Ordered on Thursday morning, item arrived the next day. Only gave 4 stars as was told the Courier would text me to let me know when the item was being dispatched. Didn’t receive any contact and the item just turned up unexpectedly. Luckily I was in to take delivery!”

“Good points - they have some nice designs, the people seem helpful and organised a return for me with no fuss. Not so good - some of the furniture (the lower price range at least) might seem like a bargain, but you can tell it's built to a budget (further info on actual furniture review). Only a 6 month guarantee, and I had to call and ask as the website didn't have that information. Also don't get the wrong impression if the website says something is an exclusive design, designed by Roseland or whatever - at least some of the furniture is made (perhaps to an exclusive spec) in a factory in Vietnam, so don't imagine it's all hand-crafted by n-th generation artisan Cornish furniture makers!”

“Arrived in good condition. The only down side was the contact on delivery. A breakdown occurred and information wasn’t good about what was happening. The phone that they texted was the buyer not the person receiving delivery. They were 2 separate numbers and it should have been the delivery number for obvious reasons. Everything else went well.”

“Well packaged, easy to assemble. Taller than expected but I should have checked the height for the area I am placing it. Will shorten legs to my desired height which is easily done. Good finish.”

“Solid, well made and looks good. Pretty good value for money too. I will use again. Only downside I have is that there was enough single use plastic in the packaging to sink a battleship. Come on Roseland - see if you can’t find a way of shipping safely without plastic. I will be asking before my next purchase :-)”

“The product is very good, the staff are excellent, couldn't have been more helpful. There was a minor problem with a shelf, but again it was quickly sorted to my satisfaction. Delivery was a little quicker than I thought it would be although it took a few phone calls/emails to finally find a suitable time to deliver, but I contributed to that 'glitch'.”

“Furniture arrived on the day specified but with some damage, sent some pics of the damage as requested and decided on a partial refund rather than return, my complaint was dealt with quickly. Satisfied with the service I received.”

“I would have given it 5 stars except for the back panel.When we took away the packaging the back panel was hanging off.On inspection it was held on by flimsy staples that had come loose.Bought some panel pins and finished the job properly”
