“We were impressed with the delivery arrangements and the furniture is of a lovely quality. Our only issue is that we would have liked clearer assembly instructions for the wardrobe.”

“Descent quality,one of the screw inserts came loose when tightening,all the others were ok.Quality exterior wood.When fully assembled looks really good.”

“The service I received was excellent. A problem that occurred initially was dealt with quickly and efficiently . Delivery of the item was on time as expected, with regular contact regarding estimated date time . I would certainly shop with this company again .”

“Furniture is beautiful, however the delivery process is something to be desired. I was not able to choose a delivery slot but told it would be a couple of days. I was given 2 hours notice by text message on the morning to say that my delivery would arrive..I however was at work. It was difficult to communicate with the delivery driver as to when he could redeliver and he hung up. The delivery website had no telephone number so I just had to keep sending emails, and got vague replies. When the delivery did turn up I was very happy with the product. Fab products.....awful delivery process!!! Will not be ordering from company again.”

“We paid £25 extra for a two man delivery. It was just dropped in the bedroom. No help to unpack. My wife and I both elderly and we struggled to unpack the chest of drawers. Must say it was very well packed”

“Looks fab as matching tv unit also bought from Roseland! Much better delivery process with yodel compared to xdp!! Few gouges out of telephone table however all on underside and so cannot be seen.”

“Furniture lovely, solid and looks good. Delivery service absolutely shocking, email to say delivery due between 1 and 3pm sent at 7.01am. Missed delivery text sent at 7.00am and no help when trying to rearrange. Thank heavens for a contract driver who had the sense to ring me to see the options for the delivery. Otherwise customer service - zero rated.”

“Am generally happy with item ( corner tv unit) Drawer a bit flimsy, and internal finish to open shelf could be better as it is a bit rough in places, however overall it looks nice and the size suits our room.”

“Small sideboard, was exactly what I wanted. Looks lovely, fairly well made for the price too. Delivery was quick, but the man just put inside door and wouldn’t help me carry it through to the room, as not allowed” ! So had to drag it through house myself, not sure what I would have done if it had been a heavy piece!”

“This is the second piece of furniture which I have purchased from Roseland. I must say that the standard of workmanship on this TV cabinet disappointed me a little since some of the finishing on the rear of the unit was a little scruffy. Not bad enough to warrant a return (being out of sight) but not as good as the item previously ordered. Otherwise it would have been a five star rating.”

“Delivery was sooner than expected which was good. The furniture was well made and excellent value. This was the second time we have used Roseland, but it will not be the last, so my wife tells me. Ha ! Thankyou.”
