“No issue with Roseland, but their courier service was appalling and subsequently meant that I cancelled my order, and bought my furniture elsewhere.”

“Prompt delivery and looks really good when assembled. Needs 2 people to assemble as quite heavy. Instructions could be clearer as quite easy to make mistakes.”

“Order acknowledgement good. Delivery earlier than indicated. Only complaint was notice of when delivery would be made was only received afternoon before and delivery slot was not adhered too.”

“This is the second bookcase I have bought from Roseland and have been very pleased with both. No damage to either. The only big I have was they were abit lapse when it came to a delivery date. Saying that, the delivery guys were very accommodating. Would recommend.”

“Excellent piece of furniture. Love it. Only reason not top class rating is that the delivery company totally let them down. Despite noting n the original order form that we lived in a first floor flat with 13 steps the delivery company delivered when they said - between 7:15pm and 9:15pm at 8:15pm the driver just dumped the package outside the main front door and didn’t even bother to ring our doorbell which is on the outside wall to let us know the package was there. It was also only because a neighbour actually saw him just dump it outside that we were aware of the delivery. At that time of night the parcel could easily have been stolen. As pensioners there was no way we were able to take this parcel 25kg+ up a flight of stairs. Fortunately our neighbours who are more agile than us helped me to move the sideboard upstairs. Please take w look at your delivery people as this sort of behaviour totally lets your company down. If you need to talk to me about this please do not hesitate to contact me by mobile or email. “I was very pleased with my bedside tables. One was perfect the other was covered with a thick layer of sticky dust which I found quite difficult to remove. Other than that excellent quality at a fair price. Great customer service and fast delivery. Thank you.”

“I can’t fault this company as they’ve always been great. Furniture is great quality and looks great! Unfortunately I have to be honest and the delivery company are not so great. Items got delivered the wrong day and just left unattended.”

“My item was faulty, of poor quality & was sat in the delivery company's depot for 5 days prior to delivery. However Roseland Furniture were swift to rectify the situation, and replaced it within the week. I was very happy with the replacement item. However, the collection of the faulty item did not go as instructed by Roseland Furniture. I advised that I could not guarantee to be in for the collection, so was told to leave in a secure place (which we agreed was outside, behind the gate) Fortunately, we were in when the drivers came to collect but they told us they couldn't have collected it if we hadn't if been in.”

“Arrived well packed, on opening it is what was expected from the desciption, now stands on the landing already filled with books etc. Would consider buying from hear again in the future.”
