“Excellent service and excellent delivery, easy ordered and easy-to-use website no hassle with payment system, was a bit disappointed with item not being assembled as thought all Roseland furniture already assembled, I must of misread details on web page but overall good service.”

“Delighted with the piece of furniture. There was a bit of a hiccup when wrong piece of furniture was delivered but this was very quickly and effectively dealt with and my order arrived the following day.”

“Purchased a small oak wardrobe, the staff were very helpful and kept me informed of the progress with the order. Shame it took approx. 3 months from order to delivery. The wardrobe was ideal in a small room and appears to be well made and a good finish. A slight chip on the corner of a leg but not worthy of sending back in view of its size. Definitely would recommend Roseland Furniture though.”

“when coffee table came was well packaged and no damage on completing assembly of table found hole had not been drilled through one corner for screw to be fitted for shelf had to redrill hole was awkward to do but did it pleased with coffee table now and looks nice in sitting room”

“Good service and swift delivery only problem was delivery man wouldn’t take furniture upstairs which was ok on the occasion as my son in law could do it but would have been a problem if I’d bought a wardrobe for example.”

“Very happy with the furniture ordered. It was a shame that it wasn’t in stock for a while but well worth waiting for. Also could have done with more information as to the delivery, to receive first notification on the morning of delivery that it was going to be delivered meant hurried phone calls to get someone home to sign for it, luckily it worked out ok.”

“The one piece I have received is very nice. However I am still waiting for delivery of the tall boy (ordered at the same time). If I had known that the delivery company was so inflexible I would not have ordered it.”
