“We ordered two bedside tables but one arrived damaged. Roseland dealt with this quickly and another was delivered within a week, and the old one picked up. Unfortunately this one was damaged as well! This was again dealt with in an apologetic but professional manner, and we finally have a pair of undamaged bedside tables. Although the packaging was actually pretty good, there is obviously an issue with the couriers, which is why my rating is 4 stars rather than 5.”

“Exactly what I ordered. Arrived promptly and well packaged. Timber colour a little lighter than I expected but not an issue-well constructed.”

“Pleased with drawer chest. Though drawers do not slide easily could do with runners on bottom of sides Surprised furniture was delivered by one person when it clearly said 2 person needed Thankfully chest was well packed because driver had to slide it up my outside steps”

“Would be 5 stars but delivery company was little iffy in its service But Roseland gave been ace to deal with their customer service is excellent. Product was extremely well packed although not aware it was built in Vietnam Very very pleased with our coffee table”

“Small delay due to problem with courier, but staff at Roseland got it sorted out right away. Unfortunately it meant my sideboard arrived 2 days later then it should have.”

“Packed well but never contacted regarding delivery time When it arrived driver on his own when it clearly stated on the box 2 man lifting operation No chance of furniture being taken upstairs Product looks okay”

“A very nice, substantial bookcase. Chosen because it is deep enough to take "coffee table" size books and with handy draws to hide the clutter which all too often graces the coffee table. A bit surprised that this was imported from Vietnam so took 3 weeks to be delivered and not amused that the courier dumped it on the doorstep for us to lug in, it is heavy! Good value for money.”

“I love the little console table however the two drawers are completely different. One has a strong grain pattern through it and the other is completely plain. They do not match.”

“Product said it would be delivered in 2 working days, when after 4 we hadn't heard we rang to find that it was sitting in the warehouse but we were then offered a free Saturday delivery to apologise. It would be helpful if the courier service could provide you with the 2 hour time slot the day before like others instead of on the day. Always answered the telephone promptly which is nice instead of having to be on hold for ages with bigger companies.”

“Recieved in excellent packaging woodwork was in fine condition all round very happy , Cabinet handles heavily tarnished rough finish , i had to put alot of work to make them presentable before i considered replacements. Overall good value good condition.”

“Nice well built piece of furniture. Idea for my narrow hallway. Delivery time excellent however did have to wait in all day arrived at 7.30pm. Great value for money.”
