“Great delivery service very pleased with bedside tables”

“It wasn't the furniture I had a issue with it was the couriers that delivered the items that were just left balancing on my front door step with one item falling outside,not very professional currently 8 months pregnant and heavy for me to pick up,courier was already half way up the street before I even gave him my surname I believe it was dpd delivery service not a care in the world.”

“Loved the goods, delivery driver/company let it down. The ordering process was easy. Delivery info given within 24 hours. However, day 1 delivery promised then didn’t turn up. Day 2 delivery promised then didn’t arrive by estimated time. Company and despatch tried chasing up. Turned up at end of day 2. Just as well company had packed carefully as delivery boxes battered.”

“Looks really good in corner of lounge and blends with the rest of our furniture. Only disappointment was finish on front of cabinet. I thought there were two drawers but it is one drawer with sawn grooves to make it look like two. Close inspection showed very rough edges and small splinters along grooves. Considered returning but too much hassle. My husband has had to sand and wax to smooth out. Disappointing finish to otherwise neat piece of furniture.”

“I am very pleased with my new bedside tables supplied by you . However I was disappointed with the Courierservice (DPD) that delivered them to my address. As requested by them I specified a date and time for my delivery . However they tried to deliver at a time & date inconvenient for me. I was quite annoyed and was perturbed that they would damage my goods loading them on and off a van”

“Unfortunately there was a problem with one of the feet which meant is was uneven but Roseland were very quick to offer a satisfactory solution. Would definitely buy from them again.”

“Very good service from the store. Ordered online and it was all smoothly handled. Quality of the unit we purchased is very good. The only let down was delivery. I think you should use a different company as we received notification that the delivery was to be made between 10 & 11 am but never showed. The only way to contact was email from which I received no reply. No show next day either. Contacted the store and they sorted it out. So three days of hanging around waiting.”

“I have ordered a few different items from Roseland Furniture and have been very happy with their furniture. It is solid, beautiful and well made. However, delivery has mostly been ok apart from this last order which was terrible. Item was delayed, not delivered, then lost in transit, reordered on express delivery and then delayed again. Each time I spoke to someone, it was a different person and it seems they do not pass on vital info when there is a problem with delivery and a lot of excuses were made. I am hoping this is a one off as they have lovely furniture and are nice to deal with on the phone. Hopefully this was a blip......”
