“One of the two beside units we ordered was completely damaged on arrival (hence not a 5 star rating). However, they were very quick to respond and 3 days later we received a replacement. Great looking and good quality for the price.”

“A bit smaller than I thought, but that is my fault as I didn^t check dimensions before buying. They are attractive looking and look nice in our bedroom.”

“Roseland were very straightforward to buy from and they were very responsive to any enquiries. I’m very happy with the quality of the product received and the speed of dispatch. I would however strongly recommend a different choice of logistics provider, I had a terrible experience with the provider Roseland use and unfortunately this would stop me purchasing any further furniture from them.”

“pleased with item although it had to dry out for a couple of days before use because oil not quite absorbed . Delivery very quick but I would have liked the promised message to tell me the day of delivery .”

“We experienced an efficient order process with speedy delivery of the Surrey oak chest of drawers. We queried the unusual wood markings on a small part of it but received a same day reply explaining them, with an expert's internet link, plus an offer of refund if required. We have decided to keep it as it is a sturdy and attractive chest of drawers, and the most shallow one we could find on the internet with lots of storage which would fit into our small bedroom.”

“Pleased with my purchase, would have liked the drawer to be deeper, then I could have got my DVDs in it. Wasn't happy with delivery as I waited in for 2 Days. After many phone calls it arrived. Not the fault of Roseland.”

“The assembled chest of drawers is exactly what we wanted, lovely colour and good size. We paid extra for 2 men to bring the item upstairs to the room but they just left it for us to unpack. We expected them to unpack and take away the cardboard and wrapping. They arrived on time but were only in the house for I minute.”

“Ideal three drawer bedside table for my newly decorated bedroom. Reasonable sized drawers, made of painted wood and with a beautiful wood top. Very good service, delivered when I wanted and ready made so I did not have to do any DIY. Great value for money.”
