“Your side of it very good. Good product, well packaged, delivered by Tuffnells. Quick reaction to previous carrier's poor delivery issues.”

“Your furniture is well made and very reasonably priced. However, the delivery was not so good. The order was nearly two hours late, with no explanation as to why and I was unable to reached anyone for an update on when the order could be expected. When it finally arrived at about 8:30pm, The delivery driver was a man of few words to say the least !! The box was just dumped on the door step for me and my husband to take into the house. My husband is seventy three years old and I am sixty five, so it wasn't an easy task as the box was really heavy.”

“In most aspects the product is good and well priced. I do believe, however, that the hanging of doors could be done more accurately. The poor hanging of doors should be easy enough to achieve, so lets try better in future.”

“Item was of very good quality and was delivered in good time. Unfortunately there was one item missing which was the lower shelf. I contacted Roseland furniture and within a few days the shelf was delivered, so very happy with the purchase and the way Roseland dealt with the issue.”

“The quality of the product was good, nice top and drawer slid in and out smoothly. Great size perfect for our hallway. Slight damage to leg during transit despite being well packaged ,this was dealt with efficiently and options offered. Happy with outcome”

“Very Good quality bedside cabinets but they are very small. Measurements in inches are rounded up on the descriptions so make sure you use cm measures they are correct. Excellent delivery service.”

“A lovely sideboard of good quality and price. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars I the up graded 2 man delivery slightly let the experience down. I had to ask the drivers to remove the sideboard from the box, as being disabled, this would have been impossible. They did this for me but said they couldn’t remove the box which now also sits in my living room until a family member is able to help.”

“Before placing an order for this item I read both the reviews by purchasers and the description provided on the website. Whilst I do not doubt the views of those purchasers I am mindful of the one that said "reasonable quality for the price". I believe that to be an accurate assessment, since I am not entirely satisfied that the description truly reflects the standard of build that the website suggests. I have explained this in greater detail in my review of the London Oak 2 over 3 Chest of Drawers purchase. Credit where it is due, though. I was very impressed by the speed at which my order was processed - dispatch was almost by return and the courier delivered the unit to me in Yorkshire from Truro (Cornwall) within three days of Roseland Furniture receiving it. I also compliment Roseland for the way the item was packaged up - well wrapped and protected, to avoid any possibility of damage during transit. Excellent.”
