“Great price - £30 cheaper than same sideboard at another store. Very good delivery service - free delivery and arrived 3 days after ordering. Other companies could take a leaf out of their book. Just one niggle - slight nick out of the top basket shelf and basket shelves not as good a finish as rest of sideboard, which is why 4 stars not 5.”

“delivery time a nightmare told it would arrive at 13.15 turned up 6hrs later I was not present left dumped in garden what a disaster second rate service”

“Very satisfied with my sideboard, good value for money, very swift delivery which was good however I didn't get any email or text to advise delivery date but lucky my we were in. The finish is excellent n it finishes off my kitchen lovely. Will definitely be a returning customer.”

“Got the furniture looks good nice quality for the price only down side was when delivered the guy knocked on the door when I opened it told me to sign here then off he went no hello. are you ok getting the boxes in the house just left them on the driveway lucky I had a neighbor who helped me take them round the back till my husband come home”

Hello, Mel - Thank you for your review and for bringing up the subject of eco-friendly packaging. This is always a sensitive topic with us and unfortunately, with using a number of different suppliers, it is something we do not have immediate control over, regrettably. However, hopefully in time we will be able to work with our suppliers and support the change to be more environmentally conscious in this regard. The more people that bring this up the more we can show that it is something people seriously want to see and support with their purchases! :)

“Ordered my item was out for delivery with Yodel and it did not turn up. Called through to Roseland staff were argumentative at 1st, however it was resolved and another item sent express delivery with TNT, just waiting for the 2md item that was the last in stock that was smashed so wwaiting for new stock to arrive. USE A DIFFERENT DELIVERY COMPANY GET RID OF YODEL that is the only reason you have not got 5 stars from me.”

“Oak hall table, Arrived quickly from order, well packed but some bits poor finishes/quality. Some excess glue on leg, small chip on same leg,few small indents on one draw with internal holding pins pearcing wood, bolts to secure bottom shelf punctured outer wood. I have still given a good 4/5 star rating as staff were quick to address issues offering a replacement or partial refund. It is also a stylish design and looks great”

“Happy with all our furniture now it’s in and sorted. Had a coffee table, side board, book case and tv unit. Had an issue with one item having to be returned and a small bit of damage to another but the customer service was good and it was resolved quickly. The DXP delivery driver was lovely and really helpful. Worst part was the second delivery driver from another firm who was was rude and unhelpful.”

“Side board arrived the very next day, brilliantly packaged looks great except for a mark on the front but it can only be seen at certain angles so not to bad really. Perfect size for our living room X”

“The only reason it was good and not excellent is because of the mix up with the order, but it was sorted out without any problems. Mistakes can happen. A quick email and it was sorted out.”

“I have 4 pieces of Roseland furniture in my lounge: large TV cabinet, medium sideboard, coffee table and nest of 3 tables, all in Farrow grey. I've bought each piece separately, and have been really pleased with the quality of each item for the price. I've found similar items in Next or oakland are almost twice the price. Can highly reccommend.”

“The furniture was as described, packaged beautifully, came undamaged and furniture competively priced. Unfortunately the delivery company let Roseland Furniture down, sent only 2 items with delivery so had to wait in for a 2nd day for final part of my order.”
